This is the privacy policy for KSA Expat Rights. It is written in plain language on purpose. The short version: we collect almost nothing, we run no analytics, and we do not sell or share your information.
What we collect
Calculator inputs
The estimators on this site (such as the EOSB and GOSI calculators) run entirely in your browser. The numbers you type are never sent to us — they are processed by JavaScript on your own device and disappear when you leave the page.
Contact form
If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you submit. We use this information only to read and respond to your message. We do not add you to any mailing list, we do not share your details with third parties, and we do not use your message for marketing.
Analytics and tracking
We currently run no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third-party tracking scripts on this site. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking cookies. Our web host may set minimal technical cookies required to serve pages securely (for example, load-balancing or security cookies). Your browser’s standard cookie controls apply.
Data retention
Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and then deleted. Because we collect no accounts, profiles, or behavioral data, there is nothing else to retain.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us through the contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Links to other sites
We link to official sources such as hrsd.gov.sa, qiwa.sa, gosi.gov.sa, and musaned.com.sa. Their privacy practices are their own; this policy covers only this site.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the “last updated” date above. Material changes — such as adding analytics — will be disclosed here before they take effect.
